How to stop police investigation, If there are malfide in the investigation.

In order to stop investigation by a police officer due to malfide,  the writ under Article 226(mandamus) must be moved and magistrate does not have any power to stop the investigation and call for inquiry u/s 159 CrPC.

      As usual I once again request you to develop an article out of citation to increase the length of the post, or alternatively just give an essence of the citation so that all the visitors need not compulsorily download the judgement to have an idea of the material contained therein.

Thank God, you don’t ask others to shoot you an email to receive citation, nor do you ask the visitors to “register” with your blog by signing up. This blog is much better than other bullshit blogs which the people have started to further their own practice at the cost of contribution of other advocates.
