After the approval of INC-1 your 50% work is over

Now the next step is to fill the INC-7 form for Application for incorporation of a company

You may need following documents-:

MOA*(Memorandum of Association, which is like a document related to the constitution of a company)

AOA*(Articles of association, which relates to operation the company intends to perform)

INC8*

INC9*

INC 10*

Proof of Residence of the directors.

INC-22-Thisform lets you register the registered office of your company

Proof of Residence of Registered office.

If Owner(Prop Deed + NOC*+Electricity Bill(Paid)

If Rented(Rent agreement in the name of company+NOC(Landlord)*+Electricity Bill(Paid)

Form DIR-12: Particulars of appointment of directors and the key managerial personnel and the changes among them.

Resolution of the directors

After all these formalities your company will be registered.
